Westoek XX 33cl

Westoek XX is an Old Style tripple brewed in a traditional way. The colour is deep-blond with some orange highlights, the beer is slight hazy and topped with a nice ivory-white head. The aroma is soft, malty and has an interesting tone of traditional bread, nuts and cereals, but also hints of flowers, blossoms, refresching hops and fresh herbs. The taste has a medium-dry character with again touches of bread, nuts and also refreshing accents of white stone-fruits, fresh herbs and fine bitterings of crisp hops. The aftertaste is long, tasteful and the 8% Alc Vol is well covered by the medium body of this very traditional Belgian Ale.
