Viven Imperial IPA 33cl

This very nice beer pours an amber colour appearing cloudy because of the yeasts and topped by a creamy and long-lasting white head. It challenges the nose like every other Indian Pale Ale, i.e with distinctive aromas. You’ll smell the classic aromas offered by the American hops Tomahawk and Simcoe, that is to say delicious floral notes along with citrus fruit touches, in particular grapefruit. In the mouth, the entrance finely puts forward the floral character of citrus fruit of the beer. The finish is relatively bitter and features an excellent length.

This Belgian beer, true hit in this country, mixes up Flemish traditional brewing technique and use of American hops and the result is a splendid IPA.
