Cuvée des Trolls is flavored with dried orange peels. The latter are added to the wort during the boiling. They provide the beer with a great freshness and particularly pleasant and fruity aromas. On the palate, Cuvée des Trolls features round, strong and well-balanced flavors and tastes. The bitter, acid and sugary features perfectly balance each other and give this beer a tasty impression without any unpleasant harshness.
