It is when it hits the palate, however, that this blonde beer with coppery tones chooses to reveal all of its secrets: spices, notes of fruit and caramel and a slight hint of boiled sweets together with a wisely-judged bitterness. The aftertaste remains creamy, malty and extremely pleasing. Serve between 8° and 10°C in a large, rounded glass.
